SNICKERDOODLE HOT COCOA

Snickerdoodle Hot Cocoa mixes creamy white chocolate with hints of cinnamon and vanilla for a sweet, spiced treat. The result is smooth, cozy, and perfect for chilly days.
One sip feels like enjoying a warm snickerdoodle cookie fresh from the oven.
INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups half & half

1 cup sweet cream creamer

1 ½ tsp cinnamon (divided)

whipped topping

1 cup heavy whipping cream

3\4 cup white chocolate chips

1 Tbsp granulated sugar
DIRECTIONS

Heat up the half & half, heavy whipping cream, sweet cream creamer and white chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously and cook until chocolate melts, about 2-3 minutes.

Add 1 tsp of divided cinnamon and stir

Keep on low heat and simmer for 3-4 more minutes. Do not boil or scald milk.

Pour into mugs and set aside.

Combined rest of the cinnamon and sugar for topping. Stir until combined.

Top mugs with whipped cream and cinnamon/sugar mixture. Let cool and enjoy.
