INGREDIENTS
-
â…“ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
-
3 Tbsp peanut butter
-
1 ½ Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
-
1 cup mini marshmallows
-
1 cup of milk
DIRECTIONS
-
Turn the stove to medium heat
-
Add chocolate chips & peanut butter to a small sauce pan. Stir together and whisk until smooth. Be careful not to get it too hot or it will harden.
-
Very slowly, whisk in the milk. The slower you add the milk, the easier it will be to incorporate into the chocolate-peanut butter mixture. Keep whisking until all the chocolate is mixed into the milk. This may take 1-2 minutes.
-
Add the cocoa powder and whisk until mixed into the milk mixture.
-
Keep cooking until the mixture begins to froth on top. Check temperature and if warmed through, turn off heat.
-
Top with marshmallows, melted peanut butter and chopped peanut butter cups.
