INGREDIENTS

  • â…“ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 ½ Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup of milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Turn the stove to medium heat

  2. Add chocolate chips & peanut butter to a small sauce pan. Stir together and whisk until smooth. Be careful not to get it too hot or it will harden.

  3. Very slowly, whisk in the milk. The slower you add the milk, the easier it will be to incorporate into the chocolate-peanut butter mixture. Keep whisking until all the chocolate is mixed into the milk. This may take 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add the cocoa powder and whisk until mixed into the milk mixture.

  5. Keep cooking until the mixture begins to froth on top. Check temperature and if warmed through, turn off heat.

  6. Top with marshmallows, melted peanut butter and chopped peanut butter cups.
