ROSETTE COOKIES

Cook: 15 min

In Norway, rosettes are a traditional holiday cookie often made during Christmas and special family gatherings.
The delicate batter is pressed into beautiful flower shapes using a special iron, then fried until crisp and golden. After cooling, they’re sprinkled with powdered sugar for a light touch of sweetness.
Crispy, airy, and stunning to look at, rosettes are a treat that feels almost too pretty to eat.
