In many parts of Europe, hot cocoa is made a little differently.
European drinking cocoa is known for being extra rich, thick, and deeply chocolatey, almost like sipping melted chocolate from a cup. Made with real cocoa and creamy milk, it’s a comforting drink enjoyed in cozy cafés during cold winter days.
One warm mug feels like wrapping your hands around pure chocolate comfort.
INGREDIENTS

1 cup non fat milk

1 cup coffee creamer (any brand or flavor)

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

whipped cream, for garnish
DIRECTIONS

Add milk, creamer and chocolate chips to a medium saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, whisking often, until melted and smooth. You can add flavored extract like peppermint or orange for a fun holiday flavor.

Make sure to stir in the edges of the pan; the chocolate will melt and gather in the edges.

Serve hot with whipped cream
